Minnesota Dark House Spearing licenses are available ONLY to those individuals that are residents of Minnesota. These licenses may be purchased with a credit card by dialing the following number:

This call can be made at any time, seven days a week. The toll-free call provides immediate licensing by way of a license identification number. The license identification number is valid until an actual license can be received in the mail. There is an additional $3.50 service fee per call.
