Our darkhouses will accommodate two spear anglers comfortably. The cost of a darkhouse rental is the same whether there's one or two spear anglers. So bring a friend to share in the adventure. The standard option is designed for groups who wish to use their own equipment. We can drive you, or you can follow us, to the darkhouse rental. The guide will open it up, check the heat, clear the spear hole, and then be on his way. The guide will check back from time to time, but these groups are meant to be self sufficient. These groups are responsible for bringing all of their own spears, decoys, bait, and fishing equipment.

The Deluxe Option is perfect for those groups who don't want to mess with the hassle of gear. All necessary bait, decoys, spear(s), tip-ups, and fishing equipment will be provided. Your guide will drive you to your dearkhouse, check the heat, drill extra tip-up holes, clear the holes, bait the rigs, and help you get started . The guide will check back regularly and, if possible, move your group to another house if the action is slow. You can decide how much interaction you wish to have with the guide during the day, but he'll always be available nearby if you need him.

  • Large Modern Spear Houses

  • Custom Spearing Decoys

  • All tackle / equipment / bait / lures / tip-ups

  • Transportation/ Hotel Pick-up (if needed)

  • Digital camera

  • Fish cleaning and fish packaging

You should bring:

  • Warm Cloths, Boots, Hat & Gloves for use during the transportation to and from the spearing houses. (The Houses are Heated)

  • Spearing License Need License?

Optional:

  • Snacks  (Don't forget the guide!)

  • Lucky spear decoy, or fishing rod

  • Other refreshments.
